Health does not come from one source but many sources. The Hybrid Health Method changes and evolves as new practices are discovered and are proven to be beneficial. Like any good program, the ability to adapt and progress is necessary. Think of it as the MMA (mixed martial arts) of the health world. 

For a practice to be added to this method, it must increase performance and longevity with minimal to no side effects.  The method's goal is to encourage others to engage in these practices daily. You do not need to apply all of these practices in one day,  but the more practices you can do, the better your results will be.
