The Morning Magic 

The Morning Magic was created to help jump-start my nutrition first thing in the morning. I’m usually coming off of a 15-18 hour fast when I have this smoothie and I wanted something packed with nutrition but still low in carbohydrates.

1 serving of protein powder.

1 serving of bone broth powder.

2 teaspoons of bee pollen.

1 teaspoon of spirulina/chlorella powder.

1 teaspoon of lion's mane mushroom powder.

1/2 teaspoon of noni powder.

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

2 opened D-3 capsules

2 cups of frozen spinach.

1 table spoon of almond butter.

A pinch of Himalayan salt.

A pinch of black pepper.

8-10 oz of coconut water.

4 ice cubes.

 
 

 

The masterpiece

The Masterpiece is my original super smoothie. It’s the one I’ve been making the longest and it took years to perfect. Not only is it packed with super nutrition but, it also tastes amazing!

1 serving of protein powder.

1 teaspoon of camu camu powder.

1 teaspoon of maca powder.

1 teaspoon of reishi mushroom powder.

1/2 - 1 teaspoon of msm.

2 table spoons of hemp seeds.

2 table spoons of flax seeds.

1 cup of frozen organic strawberries or blueberries.

1 cup of frozen organic cherries.

2 cups of frozen organic spinach.

1 table spoon of organic almond butter.

I add about 2 - 3 cups of spring water but it usually turns out pretty thick. You can also use milks like almond milk, macadamia nut milk or any milk that floats your boat.
