The Pure Performance Program was designed with the help of multiple professional strength and conditioning coaches and personal trainers. It’s for those looking to increase overall human performance while reducing the risk of injury.

Similar to the Performance Muscle Program, the Pure Performance Program is based on a HI-LO system that varies intensities and splits upper and lower body workouts to allow for adequate recovery time between workouts. Every day is a total body workout but the emphasis will be on either the upper body or lower body depending on the day.

An example would be at least two lower body exercises for every upper body exercise and the next day would be at least two upper body exercises for every lower body exercise.

Keep in mind that the Pure Performance Program is just one piece to the puzzle that is health. Our bodies need to move more than just during a daily workout. No matter how well a program is designed, all programs will be much more effective if combined with some sort of daily movement practice. The more you can move throughout the day the better.
